Operative Models

Click has prepared different operational models of engagement, to respond to the different needs of efficiency and effectiveness depending on the required work setting, the size of the project and the number of activities to be delegated to outsourcing:

Task Mode

One or more portions of tasks are outsourced and performed under the responsibility of Click (outsourcers)

Factory Mode:

Click provides a precise number of resources to perform required tasks

Integrated Mode

Specific resources are assigned to customer teams to increase team delivery capacity

Task Mode

Responsibility for delivery

Team composition: a team leader and some developers who implement the specifications requested by the customer

Ownership: development of a specific task assigned by the Customer Operative mode: the team receives the specifications, will give implementation times and costs and will undertake to respect them

Approach: according to the Customer's request - If the customer works in Agile with reduced Sprints, the delocalized team will also have the same commitment

PROS:The customer has no need for governance on the task and reduces the responsibility on the times and costs of the deliverable. Any team scalability needs are the responsibility of the ousourcer

CONS:The customer does not have control of the team with a limited possibility of timely intervention on the day by day. The tasks must be stable enough to allow implementation without costly rework

Factory Mode

Responsibility for the availability and competence of resources

Team composition: involvement of a specific number of resources until their production capacity is saturated

Ownership: the factory manager has the task of verifying resource allocations on ongoing projects

Operative mode: resources are assigned to projects without a specific commitment on the deliverable to be produced

PROS:This model maximizes efficiency because it controls the saturation of resource delivery capacity, making costs more efficient.

CONS:From the point of view of quality, this model does not foresee a specific commitment of the factory on the deliverable with the possibility of very high rework due to possible communication problems between teams.

Integrated Mode

Responsibility for the availability and competence of resources

Team composition: specific number of resources, which are included in the Customer's work team

Ownership: direct participation in the project, with additional delivery capacity

Operative Mode: the resources are part of the customer's team, participating in the activities remotely

PROS:Commitment is ensured by daily participation. The client knows exactly what each resource is doing and can check the quality of the deliverable and the professional in real time.

CONS:Responsibility for the deliverable remains with the customer who will have to make available governance resources for the activities.
